    Default Problem with installer.app

    I all of the sudden have a problem with the installer.app . It has been working fine since day one and am upgraded to 1.1.2 from the original 1.02, and 1.1.1. Well I uninstalled a program, and now when I tap the installer app, it flashes, and goes black and goes back to the desktop of the iphone. Is there a quick fix for this, or has anyone else experienced this problem?
