I need help with my installer please.

i don't know if any of you guys have experienced this too but when i try to install something using the installer with my iphone, it doesnt successfully install it. What it does is it downloads the package and then when the progress bar reads "cleaning up" it doesn't successfully progress that bar, it just goes back to the springboard and no new program/icon is added. if anyone knows what's wrong please help. thanks in advance! nw im off to work.

how many apps do you have installed? you are probbly out of memory space for your apps...try the Bigboss tool that moves the apps to the media folder
