Help Terminal, Installer, Launcher

Once the phone has been SSH'd and SCP'd ok i get that, I tried installing the installer.app and it just hangs in the window - than goes back to main screen, how do you get the terminal icon and app on there? and the ilauncher? windows user who's very fresturated! am i supposed to chmod something + x somewhere etc... ive read so many different tutorials im so confused

you need to +x the main file for all new applications you put on your phone. in this case the file is probably called installer in the installer.app folder

the terminal icon should come stock with mobileterminal in the folder

ilauncher comes with installer, you must install it through installer
