How to re-install installer.app with out re-jailbreaking

How to re-install installer.app with out re-jailbreaking

Somehow, I've deleted the installer.app and I want to download it again without having to go through the whole initialize/jailbreak procedure. Any idea how I can do this and where I can find a copy of the app? (It seems the web page is offline while they make changes).
