is the Nullriver install.app (appTap 3.1) software compatible with a 1.1.2 OTB jail broken iphone. I keep reading that you need 1.1.1 am I wrong on this?

Of course. It is reccommended to use with 1.1.1, but it works on 1.1.2 for sure
