Installer crash

installer crashing for the past 2 months so i found an easy fix
step1:reboot iphone
2pen installer
3:while installer is loading hold down the lock button until it says slide to turn off hit cancel
but still hold the button waiit till the sources are done refreshing then let go
4:while the installer is up and running delete some apps/addons then if updatable dont wait update it

G O O D S O L U T I O N, that solve my issue, but let me tell you why I'm so surprise that it works.

I added a source hack.ru something like that, then it ask me to update the installer i did but it was a previous version, then i updated again to the 3.11, then installer closed, then when i try to open it it was closing again.
I was on another forum (I'm new here) and recommended me to go /var/ etc and change some stuff including delete the resource file or replace it but i didn't cause i though isn't the solution.
BUT THIS WORKED RIGHT AWAY!!
