Installer keeps quitting when it installs Programs. Why?

when i install a program it quits. and i tried the terminal in the iphone and it says library not found. can someone hlp me please

Restore 1.1.1 and re-jailbreak. This should fix that.

if i do restore it will erase all the programs in the iphone. is there a way to it with out erasing them?

you have bad installed apps in application forder, uninstall from installer and delete from application folder manually , (for know about bad installed apps : check by finder )
