does anyone have a link to this version of installer i mistakly downgrade to v3.0b4

does anyone have the lastest installer app to share with me...in downgrade by mistake i need to be at least at installer v3.0b7

look in /private/var/root/Library/Installer/LocalPackages.plist
it says
<key>location</key>
<string>http://repository.apptapp.com/packages/System/Installer.zip</string>

get that file, unzip, and copy the Installer.app over the older one.

how do i put installer on my fone please help i used ibricker to jailbreak and i downloaded the installer.app but i cant figure out how to make my ifone recognize it
