installer.app problem!

I have firmware 1.1.1 installed and installer 3. The problem I am having is that when I try to install something from installer.app it goes to downloading file then when it comes to installing it closes and just takes me back to the springboard and its been doing this for a couple of days now... and the software doesnt install, it just takes me back to springboard. Any ideas?

my firmware is 1.1.2

i think find the problem
there is bad installed apps in application folder ,
