please help with 1.0.2 and crashing installer

forgive me i posted this in the wrong section too (ipod touch....)

greetings, i have an unlocked iphone 1.0.2 and installer is 3.1.1 the problem is that i would like to upgrade to 1.1.4 but my installer crashes all the time i launch it. how can i download virginize and upgrade? if someone can help me that would be much appreciated, thanks.

restore the iphone with 1.0.2 in itune,s then hack the iphone
install installer en ad iunlock repo then run revirgize after that upgrade to 1.1.4. hack with pwn or winpwn
