How to install installer.app on an already Jailbroken phone?

Hello everyone, this is my first post on this forum.

I recently receive an iphone as a gift that has been jailbroken and unlocked. How do I install installer.app on my phone? I went to jailbreakme.com and nothing happen, I think this is because the phone as already been jailbreak.

I was able to SSH into the phone. I think whoever jailbroke in the first place must have deleted the installer.app. Can anyone help me to get installer.app back on?

My firmware is 1.1.1 week 41.

you can always do a search for the installer.app program and manually put it on your iphone. You just got to watch out for those fake installer.app programs.

I don't think going to http://jailbreakme.com would hurt anything. I haven't tried it before though.

i think if u dont have ssh installed and teh installer.app icon is removed form the springboard ull have to restore and jailbreak/unlock again... thats would be my best shot at it... any other recommendations guys?
