I think I have the same problem as describe in
this thread but I cant solve it.
When I try to install a new app or upgrade an existing one, (via Installer) it runs its course and then automatically returns to the iPhone home screen.
I try to rename RemotePackages.plist to RemotePackages.plist.old in directory var/root/Library/Installer but I recieved this message.
Command 'mv -f "RemotePackages.plist" "RemotePackages.plist.old"'
failed with return code 127 and error message
zsh: command not found: mv.
I try to do this with WinSCP, but I can't, why? and how can I do that?
I browse my iPhone and found error wich I recieved when i try to run Installer in directory /Applications/Installer.app/Installer with putty.
I recieved this message(I found log in this directory /var/logs/CrashReporter):
