How To Delete Installer.app and SSH from my 1.1.2 Fake Activated Iphone

Hi,

I bought a UK iPhone (1.1.2) last week and managed to do a fake activation so I can use my o2 Pay & Go SIM.

I was wondering how to uninstall the Installer and SSH icons from my phone's main screen as well as the iTunes icon if that was possible.

I know some of you will be asking 'why'? but i just have no use for the applications that are on there. All i wanted was an activated phone.

I'm a bit of a noob so idiot-proof instructions would be appreciated.
