I used winpwn and iliberty but not my INSTALLER SAYS "ERROR package download failed"

I cant download anything now or use installer as i get package download failed.

I used winpwn to make my own custom firmware but just installed installer, and then after used iliberty to activate, jailbreak and unlock my phone. And now when i go to installer, it shows that error.

Can anyone help me get installer to work.

PLEASSEEEE
