Re-Install installer (apptapp)

I have a 1.1.1 iphone and a few weeks ago I went jailbreakme.com and it all worked fine. I decided to remove the installer, manually by navigating to it in iphonebrowser and deleting the file.
Now when i go back to jailbreakme.com, it won't work. Where can I get the files to copy back onto the iphone? Or am I stuck? I need it to install Oktoprep to upgrade to 1.1.2.

Im pretty sure to run jailbreakme.com again, you need a clean phone meaning you wil probably need to restore...

there's a old version i posted in download section, just run the .exe from your pc to install it to iphone then update to newer version.
