Hi, i am using version 1.0.2 (outside US)
There is one thing i would like to ask whats the difference between app installer and jailbreaking.?
I am using this phone outside US and i would like to know how to install app installer on it so as to get third party applications?

Ps:I dont know the method used for unlocking it and also plz tell me the risked involved
