Please I need Help INSTALLER

my iphone came with 1.1.4 frimware 16GB after weeks or so i decided to restore my iphone and then when im done restoring i used Ziphone to Unlock everything was going okay and then before when i used to install anything from installer 3.1 it always take me back to LOCK SCREEN but now when i install anything from Installer it dosent do that anymore it just show me a messege says SETTING LANGUAGE and i see my self back to HOME SCREEN not LOCK SCREEN anymore what should i do to fix that

Never Use Ziphone! It Can Damage Your Phone!

Yep, follow Apple iPie's advise and use something besides ziphone.
For windows, my favorite out of the bunch is iliberty+.
check cydia for install and then you can install the "installer" from cydia.
