installer icon in my iphone is disapper form my disktop

i am the new user to iphone yasterday i try to install App . and more utillity to my iphone from the installer icon then i see more icon in my iphone but the installer icon is disaper so how to back this icon or how to removing and controllar the item & icon in my iphone

download it to your computer if u use a pc click on this link(about 1/4 page down):

Windows Downloads (for firmware 1.0, 1.0.1 and 1.0.2)
All iTunes versions: Download v0.92

else click here,

Mac OS X Downloads (for firmware 1.0, 1.0.1 and 1.0.2):
iTunes 7.4 or later: Download v3.1

Choose the firmware of your iphone and it will download a package that is about 90mb. Then a DOS window will open, just make sure you iphone is plugged in. and just wait... Once it is done, you will have your Installer Icon back.

However if your problem is just that you don't have enough room in your desktop, you will need to costumize or just uninstal a few other apps.
