added new source in instaleer app now installer want load need help start to load than goes back to wallpaper

Use Finder and go to /Library/Installer and select RemotePackages.plist - then touch file then touch delete. Press your home button and reopen installer. Should now work.
I the went to uninstall - selected Installer and Reload.
