installing apps took away installer?

i have an unlocked iphone (anysim) that is still running 1.0.2 and last night installed some apps from the installer. it only shows the one page of apps including the 4 that i installed. No more pages. is this because its still 1.0.2? how can i even delete any of these apps now that installer is gone?

Do you have customize, mobilefinder, dock or any type of launcher? if you do you can launch installer from one of them

i did install customize but there wasnt enough room on the only page of apps i have for it to show up. so its on the phone but i cant access it
