I can't install Installer

I recently upgraded to 1.1.1 and activated it through the #307# method. Then I restored my iPhone with the data that i have from 1.0.1 and got all my text messages and contacts back. However, the Installer app is now missing, and when I try to install it again through www.jailbreakme.com, I just get the blue question mark.

Is this because I restored it? I had Installer installed on the 1.0.1 version. Is there any way for me to get Installer without erasing all my contacts and text messages?
