Problem with Installer

I'm having a problem with installer constantly wanting to "update" applications to older versions. Is there a way to get it to stop showing those to me? Thanks in advance.

I have a problem with my i phone! i installed something that i thing was not good so i couldn't do nothing with it even answered the phone so i decided to uninstal every thing and now i dont have nothing in the iphone even it doesn't gives me names it all apears like some thing has to be but it shows nothing and i want to reinstall the installer and i want too suport in hebrew how do i do that?
