Installer.app Not Working

Hello i recently installed installer.app from ibrickr it was working fine then i decided to uninstall it from ibrickr cause i was having some problems with it. Then my phone was working so i wanted to reinstall it with ibrickr but now i install it and it wont show up on my screen. Some help would be nice to try to fix this problem thank you in advance for the help.
