Installer now wont open
After much use with my iPhone 1.1.4, I now find that when I try to open Installer (was updated a few days back) it looks normal as its tries to open, but after a few seconds it springs back to the home page.
I just used it this morning to check on any new updates, and it worked normally.
I ssHéd in to check the Installer app within the Installer folder and the permissions are set to 0755.
I use installer to check on new / apps updates 2 -3 times a day or more, so its never given me any problems even days after updating it.
Any ideas?
I do have TimeCapsule installed, but my last backup of the Installer was 5/8/08.
So I assume anything (updates) that I installed after that point would be lost?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I have winSCP on my system.
The permissions are 0755 what should they be???
A few within the folder are 0644.
Thanks
Anyone with any help?
I found that I cant execute from winSCP but I cant get out of the app without holding down the power button and sliding it off.
Other then that I can see when I tap on the Installer icon that it is going on line (DSL modem lights shows activity) but it just returns to the home page.

Half of your posts are flood, its NOT the suggestions,if you are 12,that does NOT give you permissions to flood everywhere,ok?
Back to the topic, checking permissions wont solve the problem....
Try re-jailbreaking with Ziphone, should solve the problem and it wont delete your apps
