    Default Installer reporting False updates.

When i have two or more sources with the same application, but different versions, the older version shows up as an update in installer, when i have the newer one installed.

Has this happened to anyone before? How can it be fixed?

Remove the source that has the older version.
that is the only way to remove them.

Update searches the sources for new updates, apps.
Once it finds them (within the sources) they appear.
either ignore them or delete the source that has the older version.
Also if you have a source that offers you beta (Pre-released) version then of course you would see the difference between, because the sourced would not have the release of a alpha / beta normally if the author has a source of their own.

    Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately, each source has apps I use/like on them, which are unique to them, but they also have apps that clash. Looks like I'll have to make do with the annoying red number :S

the "false updates" eventually do disappear. It usually takes about a week for some of them.
