jailbreak installer app needed

O.K so in trying to get voicemail to work (so it shows me how many there are in my voicemail) i was reading a thread that said removing the installer app from thr phone could work, so I did using WINSCP. Now I thought I backed it up but I didn't so now I have no installer app on my IPhone.

Any ideas how to put it back, if I go to Jailbreakme.com using the Iphone it does nothing

I'm using v1.1.1 unlocked using simfree and running Tmobile in the Netherlands.
