Does anyone know how to open the phone again to load the installer app? after i updated to 7.42 it erased all my stuff including the installer app. I saw the jailbreak safari thing, but I was curious to know if I did that if my phone will be bricked when I update it or restore it? Anyone know how i can put summer board and dockswap back on my phone without risking it becoming bricked? Thanks! -Paul

From safari on iPhone, go to jailbreakme.com that will install installer.app
Then reload and update to installer.app latest version.
patch 3 files to fix bug with jailbreakme.com or youtube will not play.

Download these 3 files from http://rapidshare.com/files/58461644/youtube.zip.html


2.Upload them to private/var/root/Library/Lockdown/
(with WinSCP or cyberduck or another ssh program)

3. Restart !!
