Try it with another wifi. Usually that's for problems of the connection with the router.

i am having the same problem as well i have tried 3 totally different wifis and providers for that matter and installer app is extremely slow when i even click on folders the only fast one ironicly is the all apps folder , and help? PM me plz!! thank you very much in advance
