STUCK on Step 3 - Installer > No Community Sources, etc..

Guys, i'm through installing AppTapp - and when I go to Installer to add Community Sources
DNS Tools
BSD Subsystem
and Open SSH ---- they are not present in the Installer App.

Only BSD Subsystem is present ---
I've tried updating and refreshing.
When I try to update Installer I get an Error:
"Package File Size Mismatch"

Can anyone walk me through a fix for this?

I have the very same issue, i cannot see Community Sources on the list.

Reinstall App Tapp and try again. Others have reported success.
