1.1.4 installer help

my iphone 1.1.4 stopped installing applications via installer. it downloads the software and shows that it is installing it and then suddenly it exits the installer and returns to the home screen without installing. I have tried to shut down the phone and restart it a lot of times but nothing happens

i tried using ziphone n unlock it agian..stuck on ziphone installiing base apps secreen..iphone not working
