How can I install the installer

Hi. I'm really green and new. I bought an unlocked iphone and stupidly enough I restored the factory settings, therefore I locked it again. I managed to unlock it via iliberty, however I lost the installler. How can I get that back please, as most application can only be installed through the installer now?

liberty has options to load applications via payload. look at the top under the advanced tab
