yesterday I had a sources update in the installer application so i updated it as usual . afterwards i downloaded customize 2.0 which is working good. everything was working nice until i tried to open ithe installer today and it keeps crashing. installer wont open again and every time i open , i see a white screen for a couple of seconds and then it just goes back to my home screen. i think its about those sources that i have, there are many of them. how do i remove them? or is it something else that i need to do?

I may be wrong, but I think that you might have to restore your phone and jailbreak it again, or maybe someone has a solution via ssh.

do i have to restore the whole thing when everything is working exept installer? its crazy dude.... there should be some other way

you dont have to restore just use ziphone to re-install installer. from there just erease your sources and re-install the ones that you want. good luck.

so which one do i have to click on? which options do i have to check mark? will I lose any of my applications? will i be able to uninstall my older applications through the new installer?

Hi all,
The same thing happened to me yesterday after I updated some things”. I can’t remember all because I have a ton of app. :P

After searching I was able to load it via terminal, but that’s it.

I’m dealing with rights and other things trying to make it works again, if I have any progress, I let you know.

Well I think I got it,
Try this:
SSH and delete /var/mobile/Library/Installer/RemotePackages.plist (Backup it first!)
Then Installer is going to refresh again and load as expected.
It works for me, hope this helps.

it works.....but now u have to do it everytime u start installer
