How to install Installer 3.1?

Hey,
I had a problem with installer 3.1, so I delete it using WinSCP, and drag and drop the installer 3.08b into the Application folder.

The problem is that the Installer does not connect to the internet to update nor even download any application...

Please anyone can explain how to install the Installer using WinSCP?

The iPhone is 1.1.3
Unlocked using Ziphone 2.0

just run the jailbreak on ziphone again to get installer. Better yet, restore in itunes and then jailbreak to eliminate any prblems you might have. (dont forget to set up as a new phone!)

I did jailbreak only, but I lost some of the Apple applications such as the Calculator.....
So, there is no way to install just the Installer from WinSCP?
