Installer App Gone!

I Downloaded An App Called Ibrate For My Iphone And After It Finished I Hit Home Button And It Did The Usual After I Did Slide To Unlock I Noticed My Installer App Was Gone , What Do I Do Know? Do I Restore And Erase Everything And Start From Scratch Or Do I Just Plug It In And Unlock It Again , I Used Ziphone To Unlock My Iphone

I've never seen this problem before. I think you should restore and unlock again, unless anyone else has any other ideas...?

you could try connecting to your phone (SSH, iphonebrowser, whatever you have), if possible, and delete the app you just installed and see what happens. or if you have poof installed, make sure it didn't somehow hide it by accident. if it didn't, try hiding installer, and unhiding it and see if it comes back. OR you can install poof if you don't have it installed and do what i just mentioned.
