installer help pls

ok im going to restore my fone cause catapiller sucks and i need to know wat all i need to save to keep nes(with roms), installer sources(got over 200), terminal-v, and gpSPhone

to save your apps, such as NES and gpSphone, you can simply SSH into your iPhone, and drag the files off of your SSH client onto your desktop, and they will be coppied there.

To get your installer sources, i do not know, i forgot the extension, but if i remeber try looking in library->installer->___->_______
