Installer messed up

I had installed the Installer on my iPhone a few weeks ago and it has worked fine. However, I deleted all the data on my phone while troubleshooting and then restored all that data back in using the backup of the iPhone that gets saved on iTunes. All the content and settings are back to normal, but the Installer now shows only a select few programs on its Install menu, seemingly the more recent ones. It's also not showing my currently installed programs on the Uninstall menu, even thogh those programs appear on SpringBoard and function correctly. What should I do to fix Installer? (I tried re-installing it through my computer, but that didn't work either.)
