I need help with installer.app

I have an iphone with 1.1.4 unlocked and jailbroke using ziphone and im using a tmobile sim card with the tzones hack. For some reason when i try to download certain apps i get a "Package download failed" error message. I have been able to download other apps such as bsd subsystems and summerboard but the majority of the other apps will not.

Has anyone expierenced this problem or can anyone help me in figuring this out. Thanks in advance.
