Strange clicking noise coming from iMac 24"

I have this constant clicking noise coming from the bottom of my iMac 24"

The noise begins when I turn the machine on, and wont stop, until I turn it off. It is a constant clicking, with no audible change in loudness, just a constant clicking.

I've done some research and the descriptions of the noise are unspecific. I have recorded what my noise sounds like in hopes of figuring this out.

I have tried enabling the Energy Saver option "Put hard disks to sleep when possible" but that didn't work.

Attached is an .m4a of the noise, it is 3 seconds long and kind of quiet but its there.

Thanks in advance for any help!
