ive dl'ed ilibertyx for macs and everytime i open ilib and double click the icon the program opens up then automatically closes again. the phone is being recognized by itunes when i do this, sorry if this is a dumb question and im missing a simple step.

If yo have a 3G why would you want iLibertyx? That program is only useful for 2G iPhones running 1.1.x firmware.

use pwnage tool for a 3G and make sur you preserve the baseband under general
