how to reflash baseband to latest version via iliberty?

so im trying to get my 3.9 bl iphone in a OTB (which im guessing stands for out of the box? right?) condition.

someone told me to "use iliberty to reflash your baseband to the latest version and then restore with itunes to 1.1.4 that should leave your phone like OTB."

what is the latest version of the baseband? and how would i do that with iliberty?

i also installed BBinfo1.1 so i can see what baseband i currently have, and all is says for the baseband is "Present"

Use boot neuter via installer
The latest is 4.? I forget the last one i think it is 4.3 I may be wrong
but when you download you can upgrade the bootlader there!!!

It is what I did as I used ZIphone w/o knowing the aftermath!!!
