iliberty+ error: Put file failed: C:\programfiles\iliberty\payload.zip

I'm having a major problem using iLiberty+ 1.3

Everytime I try to jailbreak, activate etc I get this message when I press 'go for it'

error: Put file failed: Cprogram files\iliberty\payload.zip

I need to get this sorted otherwise my iphone will remain a paper weight!
Currently screwed!
