OK, I'm confused. Per developer Steven Troughton-Smith, who is the guy working on porting Siri to the 4/3Gs/other iDevices, over in the article w/ video of Siri working on an iPhone 4 (at 9to5mac), he states:
Mark: How long did porting take you, what was the “I got it” moment?
Steven: Basically, I already had everything I needed to make it work. I had spent a lot of time mapping out in my head exactly how Siri works on the iPhone. All I needed was access to a jailbroken iPhone 4S to put my hunch to the test. It literally took no longer than 10 minutes to put all the pieces in place and perform our first test on my iPhone 4, and it was an instant success.

Well, at least we know there IS a jailbreak for the 4S, hopefully that means it will get released sometime!

There may be others still being developed, but they're not yet ready for ordinary people to use. They may not work, or they might brick your device. Wait for the official tools from dev-team.
It's not an officially supported combination, and I think I've also seen other reports that JBM3 failed on 4.3.1 and 4.3.2.
Can you confirm?

Question! Wouldn't it be an un-tethered jailbreak for 3GS users on Old bootrom?
I've been reading around. My 3GS is on Old bootrom iOS 5.0. I'm assuming it will be untethered jailbreak?

Actually it is a new bootrom 3gs. I have one of each (old and new). They jailbreak a little differently but they are both untethered nonetheless on 4.3.3
