Hi, you could try letting the battery run totally flat. If that doesn't reset any internal hardware, try disconnecting the internal battery for 10 minutes. It does sound more like hardware problems, but just incase its not, you could try turning the flash off with one of the many available torch type tweaks/apps. If they don't work, then a new restore should conclusively prove if its hardware.

Unfortunately i had try everything and still same problem. The phone was completely out of battery, and the flashlight was still on.
I think i need to bring it to nearest church for exorcism://///

Hi, if the flash light was still on, then you must still have some battery left! Wait till the flash light dies too and then see what happens when you next charge it.

    Water damage?

Sounds to me like a bad logic board or bad camera.

Or something is jumping the connection causing the flash to stay lit. I've done it by accident on several phones while not being careful. I'd take the phone apart and check under the shield where all of the flex cables are plugged in. Maybe spray a little compressed air in there and then reassemble.
