how to recognize a used iPhone 4s with original screen?

I'm in the process of buying a used iPhone 4s and would like to know if there is a way to tell if the screen is original?

Apple will refuse to service the iPhone if parts were replaced. I had that happened with another used iPhone 4

Odds are its probably out of warranty anyways so it really doesnt matter also 99% of the time just by looking at an genius bar rep cant tell anyways if it was replaced unless its a low quality part

Easiest way for me to tell is to tap on screen with my fingernail or feel the midframe. you can tell the difference in sound and feel.

Look at mesh over receiver, it's usually different. Look at spot on screen where proximity sensor would be under, it can sometimes be more purple.

I don't, mostly because all of mine come installed with it already, no point in doing it.

Well yeah but most other places I've seen that do repairs, they don't transfer it and use the crappy really shiny silver fake looking ear grill with it. Apple can tell immediately.
