    You can either swap the plastic frame from the old 4 to the 4s or you can cut the 4s frame.

    It's the screen tabs on the integral digitizer/LCD screen assembly that are the problem. They are different, however I have read the digitizer and LCD CONNECTORS are the same for each model but not certain.
