iPhone 5 - gonna be too easy to repair?

From what I can see, the display comes out through the front this time. Much like the 3GS.

Will it be too easy to repair? Because its so (presumably) easy, will Apple replace them inhouse?

It will most definitely most likely be LCD/digitizer as one so the part will be pretty expensive at first.

I'm just looking to get thoughts from other techs.

I doubt it will be easy to repair given the thinness of the device. There will most likely be a lot of adhesive and very delicate cables to deal with similar to an iPod. Probably (but I hope not) even some soldering to do. And I hate soldering. But given how thin it is I am assuming there will be things to solder inside. I'm thinking this will be the hardest one to do (even worse than the original which I think is the hardest.)

Hate soldering. Can't wait til iFixIt get's a hold of one, they are usually one of the first people to break devices down. Hoping this doesn't kill my side business, that's for sure lol. There will still be plenty of iPhone 4/4S out there, but still.

Oh god no, The iphone 5 is most likely going to be the hardest. It's so tiny and lots of more hardware. I've seen a inside video of the 5, It's a MESS.

Yeah there's no ribbons but take a gander at the leaked LCD assembly images. Weird, the connectors fit right in the same spot as in that picture. I'm sure they aren't gonna stray TOO far from the current design.

Basically it looks like everything's flipped around this time. But what do I know?! I'm just putting 2 and 2 together. Apparently that equals 5. No pun intended.

Definitely wait. Internal parts aren't going to go bad anytime soon and even if they do they'll be covered under warranty for a year. External parts are going to break but the parts are going to be too expensive right now. Atleast in my opinion.
