iPhone 4 LCD doesn't respond
I just purchased an iPhone 4 to repair and the iPhone turns on and the screen shows the lock screen but you can't slide it to unlock. The lock and power button works and so does the home button. Should I replace the screen first or does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

That would be your touchscreen/digitizer that isn't working then, not the LCD. First make sure the connections are properly connected. If still not working the you will probably need a new front glass with digitizer.
