I'm going to have to agree considering I emailed them two times in the past two weeks about shipping and got no answer but thanks for the quick reply Cowboy... just ordered a few parts from them. Hopefully I don't have any problems where I gotta get through to their customer service.

I ordered from them end of October. They didn't say anything about not carrying iPhone stuff then.

i just ordered from them about a week and a half ago and everything was still up... I was on yesterday and nothing. I emailed Kate, the girl who seems to represent the company asking what is going on. They still have all the stuff listed on their ebay page though I checked that this morning.

Just got an email back from her. They still carry iPhone parts, their site is just going through a redesign at the moment which is why some stuff has disappeared. Should be back soon on the site she said.

I love Pacific toy, zero issues thus far. Great service, they've answered emails and helped me when I've been in a pinch. I guess service varies, but I have nothing but positive things for pacific toy.

I'm thinking of making a big order from Pacific toy but a have a couple of questions for those who have ordered from them.
I'm looking to order a lot of 4s screens and wanted to know if there's a big difference between there OEM vs grade A in terms of image quality? They responded to me by saying there is a brightness difference and that they don't warranty the OEM parts because they are original but they do warranty the grade A.
I'd like to purchase the OEM since its only a few bucks more but I don't want to end up with a bunch of defective screens I can't install. Has anyone had reliability issues with their OEM screens or grade A screens?
From the picture up on their site it look like the screens come with installed speaker grills but they make no mention of it in the description.

    Thanks for your help

    David

I've never had one person say that the screen looked any different. All of the ribbons typically say Apple on them as the originals do. I personally could never tell the difference on my 4S after changing it multiple times with color from PT. I've never had one defective screen out of dozens of larger orders from them ever. I've never ordered their grade A screens though, they just recently started offering those.

All of my screens come with the speaker mesh installed, even though it does not state that on the description.

I stand behind them 100%, I've never had issues, they are always good to respond when I e-mail them with questions and have helped me when I was in a bind for a last minute order.

I don't believe PT's OEM screens are true OEM though a very good high copy... if you want true OEM... your best bet is probably focusupply

Yeah, I use PacificToy quite frequently and have been for over a year. They ship really quick and have a huge selection of parts at good prices and quality. I've never ordered one of their OEM screens before though so I can't really comment on that, but their color kits screens look great and I really can't tell the difference (aside from a few times that I have received a bad screen from them.) I probably wouldn't worry about it.

I just received my order and i'm kinda dismayed since I payed Pacifictoy $51 for overnight USPS and the screens are not what they describe on their site.

The screens do not have a camera lens ring and flash diffuser and no home Home button. Also, the lcd cable says apple but the digitizer does not.

I'm thinking that they charged and sent me their grade A since it was my first time buying and I wouldn't know any better. Can someone verify
that this is what they get when they order Pacific Toy OEM 4s screen

    Thanks

    David

I've never had a screen come in with that front camera bracket attached to it before. They don't ship with the home button because it's just the front screen replacement you take the home button from the old one and put it onto the new one. Same thing with the bracket. As far as the digitizer cable goes I'm not sure. If I had an OEM screen laying around I'd check to see if mine is Apple too but I don't recall them ever saying it.

It's because the LCD is what's OEM... The digitizer/glass is not.
