    Default iPhone 4S Backplate Issues
Hi guys, I recently changed the color of my gf's iPhone 4S to pink from her original white. However, after doing everything I needed to do, I attempted taking a picture and a blue line appeared across the image. It obviously was occurring when the flash would go off. I figured it wasn't that I had messed up the camera so I attempted to take a picture with the original white back plate and the problem was gone.

My question is, what can I do so that the blue line across the image doesn't appear when having the pink backplate?
This is what it looks like:

    Thanks in advance guys.

I'm guessing the line is from either a light leak through the pink plate onto the sensor, or there's some discoloration on the lens/glass over the lens on the aftermarket part.

Either way, I think that another cover may be the answer (if cleaning or darkening the back doesn't do it).

    Could be a few things,

on the inside and outside of the camera glass on the back plate there will most likely be a clear piece of protective film, very hard to notice but try to scratch it off,

also, there may be no difuser for the flash allowing light to spread, in which you would need to replace the plate and specifically ask about a difuser.
Hit the thanks button if i helped in anyway
