    Default Bezel swap questions
Hey Guys, Have a couple questions.

Basically, I have a customer with a CDMA 4 who needs her screen replaced. I got a replacement, but the supplier sent me glass with a GSM bezel. I know the frame can be swapped, but I was looking for a write up or some tips on doing it and how it's done. My main concerns:

1.) How to get the bezel away from the glass without cracking (tried just using fingernails and such but no luck on my test piece)

2.) once I swap it over, will adhesive still be on the glass or bezel, or will I have to add either superglue or some other adhesive?

I'm thinking of doing this because I'm supposed to be doing another person's CDMA 4 soon (for which I got the right glass) and as long as his is black and in good shape, I'll snipe that front LCD and swap the bezels to make it work for hers.

definitely wouldn't use superglue. Heat up the edges with a hair dryer and CAREFULLY peel the plastic bezel off. If you're lucky (it's all about the heat) the adhesive will stay on the plastic and come right off the glass.

that's what I was thinking, that the glue would stay on one side or the other. that's what I needed to know. Thanks man!
